Updates |
 Since November 2nd, the following changes have been implemented to the DigiPat website:
• Fully translated Japanese version of the DigiPat website and application.
• Improvement to the email notifications. 3 emails are now being received by customers. Each email contains the contact information and a direct link to the order.
• Order confirmation email: received immediately after submitting an order.
• File History available email: received every time a File History is uploaded to the order ( one per file).
• Order complete email: once the order's status is changed from "processing" to "complete" an email is automatically generated.
• Download links now remain active indefinitely. You may now download a previously ordered file history without limitations. |
